With over ten years of expertise in young adult and adult training, Greg brings real world experience to a wide variety of learners. In addition, his understanding of behavioral dynamics combined with his own corporate experience in sales and marketing, facilitation and executive coaching allows him to offer a rich understanding of organizational and human development.

Greg develops, writes and conducts workshops, courses and seminars in presentation skills, advanced communication studies and management skills. Greg has been a certified trainer with the WITZ programs for over 14 years. He holds a Diploma in Adult Education from the University of Toronto O.I.S.E.

Greg has also been an editor for the last 10 years and is a certified Final Cut Pro trainer.

Darrin’s passion has always been with teaching. His philosophy is one of a life long learner and enjoys expanding his education and knowledge base. Darrin consults with teachers and other educators on how to incorporate video and media into the classroom for both child and adult based learning.

He has also written featured articles that have been posted on Ken Stone’s Final Cut Pro website, the LAFCPUG website and the SAFCPUG website. Darrin has been an Apple Certified Trainer for several years. He has been teaching Final Cut Pro since version 1 and has watched the growth of this fantastic product. His certifications also include DVD Studio Pro, Motion and Shake.

Mike Auty is a producer and composer who produces resident, up-and-coming Toronto bands and scores independent films and local television commercials. A user of Logic since it was known as Notator on the Atari platform, Mike brings his wide breadth of professional audio experience right into the classroom, making his practical knowledge of the Logic series one of the best resources the class has to offer. Coming from a long line of educators in his family and having spent much of his youth teaching skiing, Mike is known for his charismatic approach to classroom learning.

Zvon has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years in various roles using technology from Apple, Microsoft, Nortel & Cisco. His experience in integrating solutions for cross platform environments gives him a unique perspective on Mac OS X in the enterprise.

When not spending his time in a training classroom or consulting in a server room, you might find him fronting his band as the lead singer and guitar player for various Croatian cultural events across North America.

Nick Harauz graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA in Film and Sociology. Shortly after graduating from University, Nick won a placement with Clearwater Films in Vancouver through the Canadian Film & Television Production Association (CFTPA) under the Global Mentorship Program. In June 2005 Nick Harauz founded Inconscience Productions.

To date, Nick has produced material for domestic and international markets. ‘Aids and Social Stigma’ was shot on location at the 2002 18th International Aids Conference, Barcelona, Spain. Filming continued throughout Canada and the United States of America in the following year. In April 2005, Nick produced Machel Montano’s: Fire Fete, a concert showcasing the number one Soca artist in the world.

Nick has been a certified trainer in both Motion and Final Cut Pro since 2008 and is
proud to be a part of the Witz team.

Jean Heguy originally from Montreal has been living in Toronto for the last 7 years . Jean has a degree in science and photography and has been using a 35mm camera since the age of 14. Jean continually travels thoughout North America shooting and covering for clients such as Air Canada, Canadian National, Marketing Magazine, Maxim Fitness Magazine, Rogers Communications and many more. Jean has also been working in the photography industry as a retoucher and a leading expert of digital photography workflows.

Jean has been a long time user Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom and is now using Aperture as his primary software tool. Jean has been conducting and delivering seminars and workshops for the last few years in Photography Lighting, Digital Printing, Camera Capture Workflows and Photoshop. Jean is an active member of Le Laboratoire d’Art and delivers courses for them regularly. Jean has stock photography represented by First Light and Getty. Witz Apple Certified Training is excited to have Jean and his expertise on the WITZ Pros team.

Shelley Weiner is President of Business Rules, Inc., an Apple Authorized Training Center located in Rhinecliff, New York and an Apple Certified Trainer. A native Brooklynite, Shelley holds a B.A. from Colby College and a certificate in database application design and development from Columbia University. Her passion is opening minds to the wonders of Mac OS X training in Apple training classes all over the United States and now Canada.

Witz and Shelley will jointly work together on various Apple certified training projects.
